If you follow me on Instagram, which you probably should if you do not already ;), you have heard me say this before... photographers are provided with an intangible and most remarkable gift from their clients. We are not only allowed, but encourage to share with our clients these singular moments, intimate moments that will not again happen in time. Some of the most magical and precious moments happen right in front of me on the other side of my view finder and because this is true, I am one lucky lady.
Due to their bona fide nature I was brought to tears editing this bunch of photos. Ashley and Grant were not expecting baby Braxton for another three weeks... but he wanted to meet this world early and to see all of the fresh fallen snow, I don't blame him! I got the call from Braxton's Grandma, Jacquie, while Ashley was in labor to see if I could come to the hospital within the next day or so. I was able to work it out; The roads were cleared and I could not wait to get my hands on the little guy! He is precious precious precious. He is as pure as the fresh snow. It was so special getting to share those first moments with this fresh soul and his family. Mike and Jacquie had to run out to take care of the fur babies and such but we'll surely get some photos of them and baby B soon! The hospital room, full of family, was boasting with love and warmth and I am honored to have been able to get to be there to feel all of the feels.
